When I lay my hands on people I can sense the energy flow of the body and will sense if there are any disturbances.  When the energy of the body gets disturbed it will reflect in a person’s life, be it mentally emotionally or physically. Keep the energy flowing and the person’s life will flow.
Once I sense a block I can lay my hands over the area  to help the body regain it’s natural flow. This is an ability I have always had and together with the  training I have done it has proven to be very successful.
Helping the body regain it’s flow is the easy part, keeping it flowing is the challenging part. This is where I need to find the root cause of the block and this is where at the beginning of each session I ask a client a lot of questions and from there I can get to the bottom of the block.
How many sessions a person needs  is really personal to each individual as everybody heals in different ways. I ask people to start with having  3 sessions close together and if it  going to work they will definitely see an improvement in their condition by the end of the 3rd session. I believe in getting people up and running as quickly as possible and my motto is ‘believing is seeing results’.

The session involves a consultation as well as the energy healing itself. Then the client  will lie fully clothed on a massage table while I gently places my hands on the client. The session generally lasts  60 minutes, and people frequently report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after the session.
